If you are interested in trying new ingredients and want to change up your snack variety, you will be excited to see the delicious recipes I have found using hemp seeds.

We all are starting to see I am a huge fan of hemp seeds, but just as a reminder; Hemp seeds are a great source of protein, contain all 20 amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids which our bodies can’t produce (this is particularly rare from a plant based food). Hemp seeds are also rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, providing them to us in an optimal ratio, as well as dietary fibre and essential nutrients.
