Peanut butter recipes

Hi everyone,

I know I am not alone in my love affair with peanut butter…It all started for me when I first moved across to the USA. I recall within the first few days of arriving and walking through the supermarkets and side stores, that everything came in peanut butter flavour..

I thought I wouldn’t cave..but 10 months later as I was packing up my room in NYC to come back to Australia, I recall having a jar of peanut butter literally waiting for me when I woke sitting on my bedside table with a spoon alongside! I recall enjoying it as my last breakfast in NYC with a big of a grin on my face knowing that I had clearly been won over by the delectable taste!

We’re all familiar with the classic peanut butter; however many store-bought varieties have added in sugar, salt, or highly processed vegetable oils; meaning that the benefits (like healthy fats, vitamin E, as well as other vitamins and minerals) of peanuts are often overridden.

Start by making your own peanut butter at home (see number 1) for a healthier and more delicious alternative to store-bought. Then, get ready for these seven amazing recipes that use peanut butter:
