With all the health and nutrition claims found on products in the health food store these days, it is no surprise we can become overwhelmed or confused!

With the array of sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free products lining the shelves, how can we tell if all these products are actually as healthy as they claim, and is it just clever marketing?

Here I take us through five foods from the health food store that are nowhere near as healthy as we may be lured into believing.
