10 Best Almond Recipes – National Almond Day!

Hi everyone,

As today is ‘National Almond Day’, what better way to celebrate than sharing a collection of healthy recipes both sweet and savoury all containing… Almonds!

What is not to love about almonds?  Known for being a protein powerhouse in the nut family, and being used in such diverse ways these days, I thought I would share with you a range of recipes that highlight just how versatile they really are! From toasted in a salad, to ground into almond meal and used in baking, there really are a million ways to include almonds in your diet.
