Sugar free halva tahini spread

sugar free halva recipe

Hi everyone!

For anyone that likes the idea of a nut free vanilla and coconut spread, this is going to be a new favourite!

Tahini is naturally rich in calcium, and if you add in some of the suggested boosters, you will be able to really turn this into a vegan dairy alternative (in regards to calcium provision) should you so desire.

The additional boosters also enable you to bump up the protein, prebiotic resistant starches, as well as probiotics, to really turn this into a gut strengthening spread as well.

Enjoyed over a resistant starch rich pumpkin and vanilla muffin, your favourite wholegrain or low glycemic load bread, or even eaten directly off the spoon…this is one healthy spread that is sure to be made on repeat!
